The CFi3 is a water-resistant (NEMA 4X rated) inspection system designed specifically for the filling environment to remove containers with defects on the sealing surface prior to capping at speeds of up to 700 parts per minute. Primarily aimed at detecting chipped finishes, the CFi3 also is designed to detect and remove containers with cracks, overpress, and other forming defects around the top of the bottle. The compact machine vision system can be simply installed over an existing customer conveyor.
