Dual Head Gager (DHG)

• 100%, online choke, dip/saddle, plug, ring, and height testing
• Can be set up to operate as a plug gager, dip/saddle detector, or (combined) dual head gager.
• Plug penetration adjusts from 22 to 70 mm [7/8 to 2-3/4 in.]
• Dip/saddle detection can be used on both narrow neck and wide-mouth containers with finish diameters from 9 to 132 mm.

Deep Penetration Dual Head Gager

• Adapted from the standard DHG for deep plug gaging of tall, straight-necked ware
• Plug penetration from 30 to 140 mm [1-1/2 to 5-1/2 in.]
• Same inspection setup and operational flexibility as standard DHG

Single Spindle Plug Gager

• Same plug/ring/height gaging same as on DHG, but with a single inspection area
• Designed for applications where dip/saddle gaging is not required

Fluidic Finish Selector (FFS)

• 100% online dip/saddle testing (used primarily on wide-mouth ware to detect unfilled and wavy finish defects, as well as on rigid plastic containers)
• Heads available for inspection of finish diameters of 9 to 132 mm
