Gemini 3D unoriented label and print inspection system
The Gemini 3D unoriented label and print inspection system uses three-dimensional virtual imaging technology that provides a single, 360°, unwrapped inspection image, the Gemini 3D is designed to detect label defects after the labeler including defects that are caused by handling before the adhesive is set. The Gemini 3D also detects print defects either on pre-printed labels or on labeling printed directly onto the container.
The Emhart Inex Gemini 3D is NEMA 4X-rated and is designed for use in harsh, wet environments.
