Squeeze Tester (HST 1000)

Containers are inspected around the full circumference (round ware) as they pass through the squeeze tester. An adjustable squeeze force is applied to the container during inspection. Weak containers break and are either blown off of the line or fall to the cullet conveyor through a downstream break in the production line conveyor (when the squeeze tester is equipped with a optional ware transporter). For non-round ware, the squeeze force is applied to only one or two sides of the container.
