When it was introduced, the Dual Head Gager was one of the first automated glass container inspection machines. Now available in a variety of configurations, this simple, easy-to-use inspection machine can be found in almost every glass container plant in the world. Models of the Gager are also available for inspecting plastic containers.

Check Detector

Emhart Glass invented the check inspector in 1941. Almost 70 years later, its successor, the Emhart Powers Check Detector has been setting the standard for online check inspection of glass containers for more than 40 years.

Combined Inspection Machine (CIM)

CIM.gif The CIM offers the working hardware and functions of the Dual Head Gager and Check Detector in a single machine on a common frame.

Squeeze Tester (HST 1000)

HST1000crop.jpg The HST 1000 Squeeze Tester, typically used as the first inspection device on a production line, is designed to remove structurally weak containers from the line. These weak containers can damage downstream inspection and ware handling equipment.

Bottle Spacers

Bottle Orienter

Bottle-Orienter-1.gif The Bottle Orienter can help reduce labor requirements by automatically detecting a container out of position and rotating it prior to case packing, inspection, or labeling equipment.
