In order to assure our customers have the support they desire for the inspection machines they have invested in, Emhart Glass has established (3) Technical Service Centers in strategic locations around the world: Clearwater, Florida; Madrid, Spain; and Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Each of these service centers allows us to:

  • improve response times within the support territories
  • provide support in local languages if necessary
  • provide enhanced off-site training in modern facilities
  • demonstrate our products for potential and existing customers
  • In each of the service centers, we have our latest inspection equipment available for training, sales demonstrations, and bottle tests. Additionally, we employ project managers and fields service engineers at a number of our sales offices in order to ensure timely support in local languages.

    We understand that our customers are buying automation solutions not just equipment. These service centers allow us to support your investment “beyond the machine".
