From expert project management and skilled field service engineering to industry-leading training programs, no project is too small. In the past three years, Emhart Glass Inspection Business Technical Service Group has been working hard to improve the portfolio of services offered:

Project Management- Today, every project manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure that your investment in machines and services is planned correctly from the beginning and has a managed path from order entry to the end of warranty. From project planning, installation and commissioning, to warranty support and beyond, the Emhart Glass project manager plays a key role in the success of any project.

Training- Emhart Glass cold end training programs are taught by instructors who are both skilled trainers AND inspection machine experts. They use materials designed to reinforce lessons taught long after the training classes have been completed. Training programs are offered in your plant or at one of our Competency Centers located in Switzerland, the US, or Malaysia.

Documentation- From illustration-filled setup and operation documentation, to modular, easy-to-use training manuals, Emhart Glass is continually looking for ways to simplify step-by-step instructions. In the near future, technical documentation will include intuitive, machine-based help screens and setup videos embedded in electronic versions of our training, setup and operation manuals.

Support- In all facets of Emhart Glass, Support is the core of what we do.
