The MiniLab is a combination of three discrete products, which can be configured to handle all of your monumental data collection tasks with timely, reliable and accurate results.

1. MiniLab Controller “requests” containers from the production conveyor for dimensional and capacity measurements. These measurement results are communicated to your Process Control System.
2. ISIS is an Automated Dimensional Measurement System. Requested containers can be transferred from two different production lines. The containers are weighed and dimensionally checked using noncontact, precision optics and high resolution cameras.
3. MLP is an Automated Pressure Tester that can be fitted with a Capacity / Volume measurement gauge. The Capacity Gauge uses patented sensing technology to calculate the container’s volume at a desired fill height.
