Each of our service centers are staffed with Technical Service Coordinators to provide immediate remote diagnostic assistance, dispatch field service engineers from a global pool of skilled engineers, and administer assistance necessary to support our customers. Each of our engineers has undergone extensive training on our equipment and come from a variety of educational backgrounds: electrical, electronic, mechanical and systems engineering. Additionally, their technical skills are complemented by various language skills making us capable of providing support in local languages when necessary.

Emhart Glass Cold End customer service is staffed with capabilities in Cold End quality systems and procedures, line control and ware handling, in order to provide our customers with the assistance they may need to improve yields or to resolve container quality issues. This service is available to assist our customers, with both new and existing glass plants, improve the overall performance and glass container quality.
