We are very please to announce a further extension of our Free Of Charge FlexIS Remote Service until the end of this year. We want to continue to support you as uncomplicated and direct as possible and as good as we can. Our Service engineers and Technicians are ready for phone and remote support for your Emhart forming and inspection equipment. Stronger Together we want to go through these challenging times. To initiate Remote Support, an initial installation & setup of the remote access has to be done. Usually, an on-site service trip is needed for this initial installation & setup. As this is impossible now, we will try our best to do the initial installation & setup remotely with the support of your IT department. If the setup is not successful, we will provide you with phone support.
