Insights to the Training Center, Inspection Technology and the Emhart Glass Vision GmbH Production Site
Christian Schäfer, Manager Training & Knowledge, hosted the guests at our facility and presented the company’s in-house training center, which impressed with strong practical relevance and innovative power.
Marcos Pardo, Product Support Specialist, provided a theoretical introduction including a live demonstration of a glass bottle inspection.
Andreas Köstler, Plant & Site Manager, gave an overview of the organizational structure and the Planegg production site. The company introduction was rounded off with an informative tour of the plant.

The Training Center offers hands-on learning on the state-of-the-art Emhart inspection equipment. With our company presentation as well as additional insights into the production facility and inspection technology in Planegg, Andreas Köstler, Marcos Pardo and Christian Schäfer offered guests a well-rounded introduction to our business. Participants were especially intrigued by the possibility for customers to practice with their own glass containers and inspection machine setups — enabling highly customized and realistic training experiences.

The offering is complemented by the digital eAcademy platform, which includes a visual learning progress tracker, a skill matrix and individual development reports. Trainings take place either on-site or at the customer’s location, often supported by smart tools and augmented reality – a concept that inspired many of the participants.
